We invite M.A. applicants to apply for two distinctive professional opportunities that offer financial support and/or compensation:
This two- to three-year fellowship combines (i) full tuition and/or stipend for the Tikvah–University of Dallas M.A. and (ii) placement in one of our partner Jewish day schools, with a part-time teaching load using the Lobel Center’s classical curriculum. This program is geared for (a) graduating college seniors and recent B.A. graduates interested in launching careers in Jewish day school education, (b) established teachers interested in classical education who seek placement in a new school, and (c) established professionals in other fields who want to transition into full-time Jewish day school education. Lobel Teaching Fellows will receive full tuition for the M.A. along with a teaching salary or stipend, commensurate with responsibilities and experience.
This scholarship is designed for aspiring and established educators who are interested in transforming their existing curriculum into a classical program or are willing to undertake an educational project on behalf of the Lobel Center. The scholarship will assist with tuition for the Tikvah-University of Dallas M.A. program.
The benefits and funding outlined above are contingent upon the completion of their associated requirements.
